They were very quick to come out and personable. Two of them arrived at my house and quickly replaced the two outside Bibs (faucets). The job took 15 minutes but I thought was very expensive. They charged $1000. I had another quote from a plumber who quoted $500 to replace two Bibs, but he wasn't available for a week. Bondi was available within 24 hours. In hindsight, it wasn't an emergency, so I should have waited and saved $500, and I should have asked Bondi Brothers for an appx price when I called their office to make the appointment. Since they came out and were already at my house when they gave me the quote, we had them do the work. We have more plumbing projects, and while they were there, they gave us another quote, but it's just too high. They were fine to work with but for us too expensive.

Best plumbers in Connecticut and its not even close. Had an urgent need for a pipe replacement at a rental property.
