This was my first time using Thumbtack so I was skeptical. Working with Andy was a pleasure. He took his time to educate me regarding the work that needed to be performed. He communicated each step of the way. He was empathetic and friendly. I requested a new water heater installation and removal of the old one. Andy completed this request in a timely matter. My furnace happened to be experiencing issues and although he was not there for this issue he educated me on what the possible issues could be and provided some troubleshooting steps. He encouraged me to follow up with the original company that installed the furnace since my warranty is under them. This directive was noble.
