I needed a bathroom fan installation and had other general projects that needed doing. Dave was diligent and efficient in getting things done. He was a pleasure to work with. When an unexpected obstacle in the installation arose, he made sure to correct it. He additionally replaced a two prong outlet, installed a motion detector light, helped with lawn drainage issues, and bought and installed window well covers. The pricing for all this was very reasonable. I could not be more pleased and recommend him highly. I look forward to using him for other projects in the future.

I had a bunch of projects that I needed to get done in my properties and he came to take a look, gave me a fair price, and got started right away. I don't live in the state, which makes responsiveness and punctuality critical for me. He demonstrated both qualities. I'm very pleased with the outcome and will def. hire him again.
