Dan has become my trusted, on-call designer. Originally, he was hired on to create a logo and some product labels. This has morphed into photo editing, graphic creation, email design/coding, market analysis/benchmarking, and more. He is a very capable designer, who communicates well (not common), meets deadlines, and is transparent about his abilities. I knew that he hadn't designed retail packaging before, but based on his other work, I knew he had the skills. The other thing that I find valuable is giving him parameters to work within, then allowing him to step out in different directions and return with a few unique versions to choose from. This has expanded our outlook on what our product could look like. One of his outside the box designs ended up being the template for our product label, which is a huge nod to his capabilities. Dan has grown as a designer since working with my company and can now add retail labels and packaging to his portfolio. I would recommend him for anything design related, even if he doesn't have direct experience. He will find a way to get it done and be a pleasure to deal with throughout the process.

Last year, I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Ralabate on a project that has been a dream of mine for the last few years; creating the MOST AWESOME tailgate vehicle the world has ever seen... To paint a picture... I purchased a used ambulance to support all of our tailgate needs at New York Giants home games. The name of this vehicle was to become The BIG BLUEBULANCE! This year was our inaugural season at MetLife Stadium. My teams goal for our first year was to complete the exterior of the vehicle as quickly as possible and at a price point that was affordable. Specifically, we needed to find a professional that could match and alter different NY Giants logos to fit the idea behind this vehicle (first ever Tactical Tailgate Unit). This isn't the easiest of tasks as the fonting alone is custom for everything we needed and wanted. Through guidance and recommendations of friends and colleagues, we reached out to Dan and shared with him our vision of where we wanted to go with this project. I seriously couldn't imagine working with anyone else to make this dream become a reality. Dan's professionalism, ability to truly listen to our concerns and feedback, along with his best in class designing abilities helped bring this dream to its incredible reality. Our team was literally blown away with the level of detail Dan put in to every aspect we discussed. The finished product is truly incredible and has gained attention from FOX Sports, NBC Sports, and local papers within the tri-state area. This is a direct result of hard work and dedication that Dan put in to make our vehicle completely stand out in the crowd. I personally would HIGHLY recommend working with Dan for any needs and have already referred him to professional clients. We couldn't be happier to now have a relationship with someone of this caliber for our needs in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the complexities of each project, Ralaworks charges hourly. If estimates are needed before starting, we'd be glad to provide them to any interested customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to have an initial kickoff discussion regarding their needs, budget, and timelines. From there, we can put together an estimate (if needed). If approved, we put a basic contract together containing the terms and services we plan to deliver. Everything from that point forward is based on the client's needs, but the typical process entails research, brainstorming, ideation, sketches/wireframes, designing, proofing, testing, launch/distribution of files, marketing, and data collection.
