- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Experience has shown, clearly, that homeowners prefer a firm set price. whenever possible; time and material leads to stress and animosity. We are experienced enough to know what its going to take and stand by the quoted price. That said, there DOES EXIST the rare instance where there is ambiguity and this will be communicated, clearly before hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A "Meet and greet" at a clients home, a review of the project in its entirety and a firm priced, crystal clear proposal for professional agreement is emailed for review. upon acceptance, a deposit and signed agreement is consummated and a start day is set.
