- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the scope of work and will be discussed in detail with each client. Every client receives a contract detailing the job as well as the agreed upon cost. The cost will only change if the scope of work changes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each new client receives a complimentary phone consultation where I assess their needs, learn about what their goals are regarding their wardrobe and or home design. Then I will ask perspective client to send me photos of them selves if I’m styling them, and of the existing space that they want designed. Then I set a consultation at their home or business to view the space, take measurements and discuss style and budget. When it’s a styling job I meet with the client on Zoom and go threw their closet virtually or I meet with the client in my CT office. Following the phone consult, I will set up an appointment with you to meet in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I developed my discerning eye while studying at the School of Interior Design in NY. I have been designing for over 28 years. I design in all types of styles.
