  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Fair and balanced competitive pricing for Connecticut and southern Massachusetts. Discounts for veterans and senior citizens.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The process usually starts with a phone interview and detailed description of the project requested. Verbal cost estimation is given by the company to make sure all parties are within expectation of potential costs. Follow-up is with an onsite visit to the worksite for a thorough and detailed cost estimation. Projections are then submitted within a few days to the client. Once all is agreed to the cost is set into contract form with start and end dates of completion. Further, given to client is a required cancellation policy as stipulated in CT state statutes. Also given is the company warranty policy for all work contracted.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My highest level of education is a Masters Degree from Western New England College, 1999
