Hello, I am trustworthy on time and take pride in every job I encounter regardless the size. My business is an A rated better business bureau accredited business & having been in this field for close to 20 years clearly love what I do and very passionate about my work. I offer deck construction, playscape assembly & a full handyman service. During the warm months I offer Playscape construction/assembly, deck construction & power washing. During the colder months I schedule flooring projects as well as Interior handyman work. I am fully licensed & insured & can provide many references and photos upon request. My experience with Jameson Property Services was nothing but fantastic. I needed to replace my side porch, it was beyond saving and after meeting with Jameson a plan was put together to tear down the old and start fresh, with a new side porch. In talking with Jameson I had expressed also I would like to replace the side door and have a storm door installed as well. We discussed ideas and options and in a few days I had an estimate for everything. I did have anther estimate but it was for the side porch only. After reviewing the estimate Jameson had prepared it was clear to me he was the best option, even with adding a new door and screen door to the project, Jameson Properties was still the more affordable choice. I am very pleased with the work that was done. Jameson and Al, both true professionals/ craftsman, solid work. I also had some hollie bushes that where trimmed as well. I know for future projects I will reach out to Jameson Property Services, very pleased with everything.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Complete handyman service. Full estimates will be drafted for larger interior or exterior remodeling projects. I'm very competitive and, with few exceptions, will match or beat any estimate as long as the company is licensed and insured. If requesting an estimate for the construction of a playscape please include model name or number & photos if possible. I've constructed many brands and styles of playscapes so if you're not sure as to which model to buy feel free to message me and I'll help you in any way that I can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Full introduction and to lay out detailed plan for work to be performed. Discuss the needs of the customer and try to envision exactly what the customer envisions. Depending on the project, detailed pictures accompanied with detailed estimates will be given.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from working in the field for close to 20 years I studied design and landscape design at Eastern Connecticut State University as well as online.
