Introduction: Hello, I am trustworthy on time and take pride in every job I encounter no matter the size. My business is an A rated better business bureau accredited business & having been in this field for close to 20 years clearly love what I do and very passionate about my work. I offer deck construction, playscape assembly & a full handyman service. During the warm months I offer Playscape construction/assembly, deck construction & power washing. During the colder months I schedule flooring projects as well as Interior handyman work. I am fully licensed & insured & can provide many references and photos upon request. Jamison was very professional and well organized. You can tell his wealth of experience in building playground sets by his process and the manner in which he assembled it from start to finish. He was friendly and took pride in his work. We were amazed to see that he was able to accomplish this job all by himself

I am so glad I hired Jameson Property Services to do my deck renovation. They are that rare breed of contractor that offers outstanding workmanship for a great price. Every day, they left the worksite in a clean and safe condition. On top of the usual criteria that make for a good contractor, one thing that impressed me so much was that Jameson listened to me and treated me like my thoughts and ideas mattered. I have talked to others that just nodded their head, but were tuned out to what I was saying. The finished product is beautiful and exceeded expectations! Hired to replace a set of deck stairs. Jameson responded quickly here and had the BEST quote I received. Many others were exponentially higher and I think others were taking advantage of the current situation (Covid world, etc.). Jameson did an excellent job and even more that was needed (and he didn't want to charge me extra since it was more than the initial quote) though I was happy to pay for the extra work/effort/quality and honesty. He kept me up to date (as I was out of town a few weeks) on progress via text and email.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Complete handyman service. Full estimates will be drafted for larger interior or exterior remodeling projects. I'm very competitive and, with few exceptions, will match or beat any estimate as long as the company is licensed and insured. If requesting an estimate for the construction of a playscape please include model name or number & photos if possible. I've constructed many brands and styles of playscapes so if you're not sure as to which model to buy feel free to message me and I'll help you in any way that I can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Full introduction and to lay out detailed plan for work to be performed. Discuss the needs of the customer and try to envision exactly what the customer envisions. Depending on the project, detailed pictures accompanied with detailed estimates will be given.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from working in the field for close to 20 years I studied design and landscape design at Eastern Connecticut State University as well as online.
