Jameson helped me lightly water pressure and stain our 30 year old wooden pool house. I would highly recommend Jameson because he showed up on time, gave us estimates for the work, helped pick up/provide the stain materials and finished in a timely manner.
I also appreciate that he sent over photos as he was working. The new stain color really brought out the wood characteristics. When the old owner who built the pool house came over to see the work, he was wow'd and said that it looked like when they originally built it.
He gave us estimates on a few projects. Some of them I found to be slightly higher compared to other contractors. I'm glad he was able to help us with this project. I would highly recommend Jameson as he was reliable, friendly, and does really quality work! The pictures speak for themselves. Thanks!

My experience with Jameson Property Services was nothing but fantastic. I needed to replace my side porch, it was beyond saving and after meeting with Jameson a plan was put together to tear down the old and start fresh, with a new side porch. In talking with Jameson I had expressed also I would like to replace the side door and have a storm door installed as well. We discussed ideas and options and in a few days I had an estimate for everything. I did have anther estimate but it was for the side porch only. After reviewing the estimate Jameson had prepared it was clear to me he was the best option, even with adding a new door and screen door to the project, Jameson Properties was still the more affordable choice. I am very pleased with the work that was done. Jameson and Al, both true professionals/ craftsman, solid work. I also had some hollie bushes that where trimmed as well. I know for future projects I will reach out to Jameson Property Services, very pleased with everything.

Jameson was spot on from beginning to end. We enquired with him about replacing the roofs on our sheds as well as repairing our bay window. For a larger project I was impressed with how detailed and accurate his estimate. Once we agreed to the work he scheduled a date to begin work and stuck to that. Jameson was right on time, communicated very well, and quite clearly took pride in his work. The other reviews I've seen on here regarding his company were spot on, and I'm glad I read through and went with him. Highly recommend Jameson for any project, large or small!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Complete handyman service. Full estimates will be drafted for larger interior or exterior remodeling projects. I'm very competitive and, with few exceptions, will match or beat any estimate as long as the company is licensed and insured. If requesting an estimate for the construction of a playscape please include model name or number & photos if possible. I've constructed many brands and styles of playscapes so if you're not sure as to which model to buy feel free to message me and I'll help you in any way that I can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Full introduction and to lay out detailed plan for work to be performed. Discuss the needs of the customer and try to envision exactly what the customer envisions. Depending on the project, detailed pictures accompanied with detailed estimates will be given.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from working in the field for close to 20 years I studied design and landscape design at Eastern Connecticut State University as well as online.
