Introduction: I hold a license from the Brio Academy of Fairfield as a Makeup Artist. In addition to my formal training, I am constantly supplementing my skills through books, seminars, and workshops. I create makeup looks for Theatrical, Television, Film, Fashion, Magazines, Fashion Shows, Weddings, Proms, Professional Photo Shoots, Parties and other similar productions including all aspects of the modeling world. I also love fashion! therefor I enjoy helping someone to transform there everyday look and or any fashion statements you desire to find. I am Jessica Barch, a professional freelance makeup artist living in the Washington Metropolitan area. I have always been fascinated by beautiful faces. I still remember how obsessed I was with makeup as a child, and being a makeup artist was the first dream I had. Makeup is my art; the human face is my canvas. I am inspired by every person I see, and harmonizing one’s inner beauty with physical uniqueness has become my passion. I am inspired by seeing a woman’s confidence level increase when they see how beautiful they are. Nothing is more fulfilling than making people feel beautiful. My aesthetic as an artist is soft, fresh, timeless & elegant. I have a passion for, and focus on creating polished bridal looks. I love to enhance client’s natural beauty, and I like for my clients to look and feel like the best version of themselves. As trends change, individuals have different needs, I don’t limit myself to certain styles. My portfolio reflects my passion and creativity for each person’s beauty.
