Introduction: I bring health and wellness to the convenience of your own home or office. I have been in the business since 1982 and enjoy helping others achieve their goals. My clients ages range from 15 to 80 and whatever their wants or needs are, I am there to help them get there. Both with personal training by providing personal, specific exercises tailored to their goals and with being a certified holistic health counselor, I am able to advice nutritionally as well.
