With 32 years of experience it is time to join the new world of advertising. After working as a seamstress at FOXWOODS, Jos.A.Bank, and 17 years at the SUBBASE finally I work in my own place. In the Velvet Mill in Stonington I open a studio in December of 2019. Men suits, ladies gowns are my favorites. My equipment handle most modern fabrics such as lycra and any stretchy knits. I also repair sweaters. Call to set appointment or just pop in.

Everything about Theresa at I sew was phenomenal. We contacted her a month before our wedding and she was able to complete two dresses and two suits rather quickly. They are absolutely beautiful. Teresa listened to what i needed. And delivered great quality work at a fair price. She is amazing. Her knowledge and expertise goes way beyond hemming pants and fixing sweaters or zippers. She alters suits, dresses, scrubs. Fixes and sews pillows, masks, scarfs. Anything to do with sewing. The picture is of wrist/weight straps she made for me.
