- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my prices are either on a Time/Material basis or quoted a flat rate for specific tasks depending on the circumstances. Payment is usually expected from the customer to cover 100% of the material cost upfront, and 50% of the Labor cost upfront before beginning the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical Process for a new project would include ******************* at the very least. for bigger projects i prefer a ********** and in person meeting before starting any work for larger developments. i also ask the customer to provide any pictures and documentation that would be helpful to quote and/or estimate the job and that would benefit me prior to doing any work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education started with a high school diploma in which i then went to college for a year and decided to start a trade. i then proceeded to go to adult classes at night and do an apprenticeship during the day until i reached the required hours and was able to get my license. In addition to my electrical license, ie taken several scissor and boom lift training classes, OSHA 10, safe driving classes, and CPR.
