The guys renovated a bathroom for me. There was some custom work and everything was done as with quality and professionalism

Work was done and satisfactory. Two small issues came up after the job was done. Bernardo assured he’d stop by to fix, but five months later and he has yet to do so. In the past month or so, he’s ignored any calls/texts.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to give my.costumers the best price possible , but not the cheapest price . I honestly believe that if u love what u do and you do good work , u need to charge accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
do one visit at site , get to know the costumers intensions and ideas , if I need to bring designer in will do or some drawings I will bring an arquitech , than after that , I will write up a proposal with price and estimates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working as a labor at my fa to her company , started when I was 18 and been doing in ever since.
