George arrived, gave me a quote and we agreed on scope and price for 1.5 bedrooms. He indicated he would remove wall plates, caulk, remove art, furniture, etc. he asked if I had plastic, which I did and provided.
He never took the plastic out of the package and he got paint on bedding, furniture, floors, rug, , window screens and did not remove outlet covers, did not paint behind tv on wall. When I pointed some of these things out he said it was already there. I also sent a message after he left and I saw spilled paint and splatter everywhere and he denied it. I would not recommend as a painter.
