- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size of the home, the level of buildup, and the specific services requested. Every home is different, so we provide customized quotes to make sure you only pay for what you need. All supplies and equipment are included. I offer transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Additional services such as fridge/oven cleaning, interior windows, and baseboards are available at an added cost. Repeat customers and ongoing cleanings may qualify for discounted rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients, we start by gathering details and photos about the home and the exact areas you’d like cleaned. From there, we provide a clear estimate and set expectations for what is included. On the day of your cleaning, we arrive on time, fully prepared with supplies, and walk through the home (if needed) before starting. After the cleaning, we ensure you’re satisfied with the results and answer any questions you may have. Communication, reliability, and quality are my top priorities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience in residential and commercial cleaning, including deep cleaning, move-in/move-out services, and detailed kitchen and bathroom sanitizing. We continuously stay updated on the best industry practices to deliver high-quality, consistent results for every client.
