I called at 10PM on Wednesday night and had Shay and Kevin at my door by 10am the next day on Thursday! They did a great job and all the furniture was moved well and under 3 hours! Price was super reasonable - they were the best deal so obviously went with them. Clearly experienced and knows what he is doing and came with ratchet ties, blankets, and hand trucks. Really really a saved me during an emergency move. Will definitely be calling them back for my next move! Thanks so much!

This was an excellent moving experience! My movers I originally planned canceled last minute and this moving company was able to take me last minute, like the day before last minute! They were professional and arrived early and ready to go.. they disassembled and wrapped all my furniture with blankets and/or plastic wrap as needed, moved me from a 3rd floor to a smaller 3rd floor apt. an hour away, and all for a great price. No scratches on the wall and my furniture is still intact.. They were always friendly, patient, relentless, and worked hard the whole time. Shay and his friend were great!! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat rat upon agreement, after walk through. Anything additional after agreement will be a additional cost. We have NO HIDDEN FEES!!! Everything will be upfront before the project gets started and a mutual agreement is reached.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted, we will give an estimate over the phone and e-mail. After we will arrange a walk through to discuss the pricing and give you a flat rate for the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the cleaning and moving business for over a decade. My experience comes from working with the best moving and cleaning companies over the years. prices are very reasonable and no job is to big or small.
