Jaison is extremely diligent with addressing any issues after the inspections as he seems to take a lot of pride in his properties. It was an absolute pleasure being a tenant with this company from start to finish. The application process went smoothly and was very clear. The move in process and obtaining my keys was very simple and during my time as a tenant any issue that would arise that needed to be addressed were taken care of within 24-48 hours. Paying my rent was also easy with an electronic payment method I had no issues or inconvenience with getting this done each month. I highly recommend renting from this company.
