FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is clear, upfront, and fully disclosed before booking—no surprises. For mobile notary services in Connecticut, certain fees are state-regulated, including the per-document notarization fee and mileage rate. In addition, mobile appointments include a base service fee that covers travel, scheduling flexibility, and time. Same-day, emergency, after-hours, or last-minute requests may include an additional service fee, which is always explained in advance. For wedding officiant services, pricing reflects the level of personalization, preparation, and time involved. Every couple receives clear pricing based on their ceremony needs, with optional add-ons (such as rehearsals or expanded planning support) discussed upfront. I operate as a registered, insured LLC, and I believe trust starts with transparency. There are no hidden charges, and services are not confirmed until all fees are clearly outlined and agreed upon. Payment is due at the time of service, and I’m always happy to walk you through the breakdown so you feel confident and comfortable moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple, professional, and designed to make things easy from the very first message. Initial Contact & Quick Response When you reach out, I respond promptly—often the same day—to learn more about your needs, timeline, and location. Whether you’re looking for a mobile notary service or a wedding officiant in Connecticut, I’ll answer questions right away and confirm availability. Clear Details & Upfront Pricing I explain the service, discuss any same-day or emergency options, and provide clear, upfront pricing. For notary work, I follow all Connecticut state-regulated fees. There are no hidden costs, and nothing is booked until everything is fully explained and agreed upon. Confirmation & Preparation Once confirmed, I prepare specifically for your service. For weddings, this includes ceremony planning and personalization. For notary appointments, I review requirements to ensure your documents are completed correctly and legally. Day-of Mobile Service I arrive on time, prepared, and professional. As a licensed, insured mobile service provider, my goal is to create a calm, respectful experience where you feel supported and confident throughout the process. Complete Follow-Through For weddings, I properly complete and submit the marriage license according to Connecticut law. For notary services, I ensure everything is accurate and finalized before leaving. I operate as a registered and insured LLC, and I believe trust comes from communication, transparency, and reliability. From first message to final follow-through, you’ll always know what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring a combination of formal training, hands-on experience, and professional certification to every service I provide. As a Connecticut-authorized wedding officiant, I am trained in properly performing and completing legal marriage ceremonies, including accurately completing and submitting marriage licenses in accordance with Connecticut law. I focus heavily on ceremony structure, personalization, and creating a calm, supportive experience for couples. As a commissioned Connecticut Notary Public, I am trained in state-regulated notarial procedures, identity verification, document execution, and ethical notary practices. I stay current with state requirements to ensure every notarization is completed correctly, legally, and professionally—especially for mobile and same-day notary services. In addition, my background in public safety, behavioral health, and client-focused service has strengthened my communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to guide people through important moments with patience and care. I operate as a registered, insured LLC, and I believe professionalism comes from ongoing learning, clear communication, and doing things the right way—every time.
