- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer straightforward and honest pricing. There is a trip and diagnostic fee to evaluate the system, and I always explain repair options before starting work. Maintenance services and minor repairs are priced clearly so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts me, I schedule a service visit to inspect the system and diagnose the issue. I explain what I find and discuss repair or maintenance options before doing any work so the customer understands the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry working with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. I’ve worked on furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini-splits, and air conditioning systems across residential homes.
