There was nothing I didn't like about Statewide. From my first interaction with Billy, to my last, it was a great experience. He was able to do my job within a couple of days of teaching it to me. His price was low than any of the other respondents. He was on time, friendly but professional, and he even quoted me for another job right then. He handled both jobs effortlessly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else looking for junk removal, but also other areas that he has been working in. I will definitely use him again in the future!

I can’t say enough good things about Statewide Sanitation LLC! When my wife’s car got completely buried under 2 feet of snow in our parking lot, I was in a tough spot—I have a bad back and couldn’t even get near it, let alone dig it out. I reached out and they replied right away, scheduling help for the very next day. Their guy showed up on time, worked like a pro, and had the entire car cleared and ready to drive in under an hour. Professional, super friendly, and honestly very affordable for the quality of work. The car looks brand new again and we’re back on the road with no hassle.
If you’re in Connecticut and need fast, reliable snow removal, Statewide Sanitation LLC is the way to go—hands down! Highly recommend them to anyone.

For a whole garage of stuff including two couches, a loveseat, two armchairs, several coffee tables, and other random stuff, Billy got everything loaded up by himself in about 20-30 minutes. Cannot believe how efficient he was. This was his second time doing junk removal for us and we will absolutely be calling him up again if we need junk removal again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Always giving discounts for curbside pickup, repeat customers, and referrals!
Pricing is based on size and weight of the items. Some items come with an additional disposal fee such as TVs, computer monitors, etc
Demolition is all based project to project. We would set up a cost free on site/virtual estimate to be able to provide an accurate competitive quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is as easy as just going over a few simple questions. What are the items? Where are they located (inside/outside)? Is there stairs involved in the removal of the items?
Once these questions are answered, we are in the position to give an accurate and competitive quote.
*Any pictures that the customer could provide would greatly expedite the response time for a quote as well as aid with the accuracy of the quote.*
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in construction fields prior to opening this business. I was trained in the safe and correct ways to build (and demolish) in any circumstance.
This includes training in removal of larger items inside of a home. Creating a plan to remove the item without damaging any floors or walls in the process.
