Caitlin did a phenomenal job cleaning my mother’s home. She was extremely professional and her willingness to adjust to how my mother likes things done pleased us both. Mom is very picky and was so happy with the quality of Caitlin’s work that she has hired her on a regular basis. The rates are in line with the service. Very reasonable!!

Caitlin did amazing job helping us get one of our rental properties ready to list. The tenants that had been living there left it a mess, I don’t think they cleaned for 2 years. You would have never know because when Neat Freak’s Cleaning left the house looked brand new! Very impressed & will definitely be using Caitlin and her team again for future properties :)

Caitlin was quick to respond every time and promptly scheduled a time to clean our house. She brought all her own equipment and supplies, and our house looks fantastic! Not only did she dust all surfaces and clean the floors but she also vacuumed our upholstery, which was quite furry as we have 3 pets. Our usually shy toddler LOVED her and she got along great with the pets. I didn't have to worry about putting my friendly pit bull in her crate, or show her how to operate numerous baby proofing contraptions which was a plus. She cleaned everything we expected to get cleaned and more. This wasn't my first experience with hiring somebody to clean my home, but it was the most pleasant and we already scheduled to have her come regularly.

Working quietly and efficiently, Caitlin left our townhouse looking clean and smelling clean, from ceiling to floor. Aims to please. We also like that Caitlin brings her own equipment and supplies.

Neat Freak’s Cleaning is running promotions currently and feel free to ask about how I can save you some money on your cleaning needs
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process would be a phone call to schedule a meet and greet followed by said meeting. We can do in person or remote meeting. Where we talk about what your cleaning needs are as well as preferences you may have. These meetings allow me to acquire the information necessary to give you the most competitive quote possible. Consultations are alway free of charge regardless of your location. After a free consultation, I will construct a free quote detailing what we have spoken about. At that point, it is up to you to decide that you’d like to use our services
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of customer service experience and am able to construct a cleaning package that caters to each individual person and their needs.
