Our fee is based on the total cleanout & other services provided & will vary depending on the size of the house & items which need to be removed and other services provided. We will consult with homeowner, family or executors prior to determine what services will be needed.
Once CTQuickAuctions is contacted for your Cleanout, all services will be known and agreed upon.

Cleanouts, they can be a tremendous task to take on and at times can often be very over whelming for a homeowner or family to take care of.
Whether its due to an unfortunate passing of a loved one, the sale of a home, or just time to clear out the attic, basement or garage we are here to help.
When you simply dont have the time (or resources) we will take care of everything. We work with you to make things go smoothly and to get your home into tip top shape for what ever the reason may be.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We were hired by an out of state client to run an estate sale & clean the residence of his recently passed father. During the pre cleanout we found a chest of important documents pertaining to his family which his family & himself had never seen before.
Along with those documents we located a priceless coin collection and some very nice jewelry. With his permission we sold coins and jewelry items during our sale & needless to say our client was in major shock once we presented the family with over $25,000.00 when the sale was completed!
Our client was extremely pleased to say the least!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't throw anything out! Sometimes items you think are junk, just might cover the cost of your cleanout. And in some cases even put extra money in your pocket!
If you have a large amount of items that are in good condition it may be worth us holding an Estate Sale at your home prior to a cleanout. This will help to cover cleanout costs & put money in your pocket also.
We work well will Real Estate Companies as well, homes swept clean & ready to be placed on the market. We can even make small repairs & fix the home up if agreed upon.
