What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On average a custom gown, ladies custom gown starts at $850 but prices differ based on design and labor. I do offer payment plans on garments $1000 and over.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An online/phone interaction ( I book by appointment only)
Photos are send to ensure that the request covers my scope of practice
Set up an in person consultation.
Sign the appropriate documents.
An initial deposit is rendered.
A fitting schedule is coordinated
Illustration mark up of design
Sample garment fitting, (remaining balance is paid)
Adjustments are made,
Fabric selection. (On average depending on the garment several fittings are required).
Garment is beautifully packaged and ready for pick up.
