This seems to be a company w/ many cleaners, so I can't speak to everyone, but the woman who cleaned our apartment, Lucy, did a phenomenal job. We were very impressed. She only spoke Portuguese and we don't, but she was able to put us on the line with her supervisor who translated for us just what parts of the apartment we hoped she would pay most attention to. We are very pleased with the results and would ask her to come again.

I needed to help my brother get his house cleaned following his surgery. He lives in New Haven and I live in Colorado. I had no idea whether I would be able to find an affordable, quality cleaner from 1500 miles away. So I used Thumbtack to contact special care cleaning and worked long-distance with them to get services arranged. The cleaner showed up on time, stayed longer than scheduled in order to do a more complete job, and did amazing work. They are so good that I am going to, have them come on a regular basis while my brother is continuing to heal.
