I knew Alex through his wife, but didn't realize he was in construction. I spoke with him by phone and hired him to do major repairs on our 5 year old home. He told me it would be a two week job and it ended up less. He is meticulous, hard working, respectful, & keeps areas he's working in clean, & puts everything back when finshed for the day. He's unintrusive which is wonderful for the homeowner. He saw things that needed repaired that my husband & I didnt see. He bought all the supplies needed and I didn't have to do anything. I rate his work 10+!!! Everthigng was beautiful and repaired as we hoped it would be! Pricing for the job was more than fair and I ended up giving him a gratuity because his work is flawless & I appreciated all the extra repairs. I will 100% ask Alex to return when repairs & projects are needed!!!!!!
