Dr. Howard Fero conducted a workshop in which all of the personnel of the Orange Police Department, not just the supervisors, learned about the importance of coaching and mentoring. At the same time, everyone learned how to build their personal leadership skills, and how to use that knowledge for the betterment of our organization and our community. Howard was very skillful at engaging our personnel in dialogue which I’m confident will be of great assistance in the pursuit of our vision.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have baseline pricing but each client and organization is different.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I begin working with a new customer I like to discuss their goals for our project as well as their long term goals for their organization. Whether I am presenting a keynote or 'digging' into issues that the organization is having it is useful for me to see the big picture so that we can create the best course of action and I can weave in the message that you the client are seeking.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University and an MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College, The City University of New York. In addition to my work as "The Leadership Doc" I am also a Professor of Management and Leadership, working with graduate students to help them become stronger contributors to their organizations.
