Justine and Ray are absolutely amazing and so friendly! After just spending a few hours talking with them they felt more like longtime friends. They took such great care of our 2 mastiffs and 6 chickens! Plus looked after the house and our garden. We could not have asked for a better experience. Justine and Ray made us feel so comfortable being away from our pets, we knew they were being well cared for. They stayed in contact and gave us updates regularly. Even went as far as to putting the air conditioner on to cool down the house before we arrived home! The care and attention is above and beyond! We hope to have them watching our pets for years to come.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a meet and greet at no charge, they can meet me and i have an opportunity to meet them and meet there pet(s), so the pet is able to meet me before i come into the home when the owner is not there. It makes them feel more comfortable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am Red Cross CPR and First Aid Certified. I can also administer insulin shots.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been around and loved animals my entire life. I am not fearful of any animal and believe i can provide better care than anyone....and do. I was also a vet tech in college.
