Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Trumbull installed a Water Filtration System into my home. I absolutely LOVE it!
Their customer service is top notch and I want to thank them for the prompt follow up to the initial questions I had and the courtesy I experienced with the service.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Shelton is an awesome ! they came out to fix a leak at my house and i had our technician to my house within 2 hours of calling. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies i have used in the past and i would absolutely use them again ! Customer for life here !!!

I contacted the owner over the weekend to schedule an appointment regarding shutting off and draining the outside water faucets. One of my faucets would not shut off, so I needed to call in an expert. James explained to me that I had a frost-free faucet. He was the first plumber I have dealt with in decades who explained everything in layman’s terms. I will definitely hire Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the future. They are reliable, professional, reasonably priced and arrive on time!
