The service was great the summer of 2024 but absolutely horrible this season. Unresponsive to requests, overpriced rushed work. I have to re-close my pool again. The closing was rushed, a cover with holes that was in my shed should never have been put on. I should have been notified that the cover was not sufficient and I would have purchased a new one and rescheduled. Expressed my concerns and was told they would come back and put the new cover on that I purchased and would charge me $100 after I just paid $350 to close an 18 ft above ground pool. An expensive floatie and my ladder were just thrown in my shed. They were in and out as quickly as they could be.
