- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A set fee of $50 for most all diagnoses, repair, tune-up, and cleaning calls. Parts are extra depending on the issue. The bottom line is that we make it right or there is no charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to what a person is troubled with regarding their machine. After getting a good understanding of the problem to be fixed we give the person needing help direction and confidence with what needs to be done to make things right again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our head designer and "Computer Guy" Ray has been building computers since 1995. He has a degree in Management and has had focused study in person to person communications. Ray has an extensive experience in problem solving and coaching with various civil service instructor positions and will help you feel at ease with understanding as machine issues are resolved.
