Over the weekend, my husband and I had an intimate wedding in Connecticut. Bella's Mise En Place cooked dinner for our family of 11 and it was incredible! We chose the package that included 4 different hor d'oeuvres, 2 appetizers, 2 types of pasta and a main course option. The food was fantastic! Our families were raving about all of it (especially the crab rangoon, shrimp, bruschetta and crab cake hor d'oeuvres, shrimp pasta and surf and turf). Natalia and Julio are extremely nice and accommodating. Planning was very easy. The entire team was so professional and friendly! Not only did they cook an amazing meal, but they also left the kitchen in the house we were renting spotless! At first my husband and I were unsure of if we should have a micro wedding now due to the pandemic or wait until we can do something larger safely. After this weekend, we're both so glad we went ahead with it now! We had a wonderful time with our families and I have no doubt that the amazing service and meals from Bella's Mise En Place contributed to that greatly! Thank you so much!

Julio and his crew were FANTASTIC! Everything — from their professionalism, responsiveness, to quality and taste of food — was simply perfect. We booked them to cater a private dinner for a group of six on a girls trip in Newport and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. They worked with our special requests, allergies, and all questions in between. Our dinner included shrimp rolls and crab cakes for appetizer, a truffle apple salad, surf & turf as entrees and creme brûlée for dessert. Everything was amazing...we will definitely be repeat customers!

Working with Julio & Natalia on our 10 person dinner was a joy. They came through for us with not very much notice and worked with us on a menu, asked great questions prior to the event to ensure it went well, were super responsive via email and the end result was spectacular. We had a seared tuna appetizer that everyone agreed they wanted to eat every day. The entree and dessert were great too - the whole meal was both gorgeous and delicious. Our entire group is excited to plan another event using Bella’s Mise en Place very soon! We used Bella’s Mise En Place for a birthday dinner party of 9 adults. Everything from A to Z was amazing. We are a “foodie” group, some favorite restaurants include Capital Grille, Fleming’s, Ruth Chris, The Federal... in other words we are no strangers to good food. We reached out to Bella’s 3 days before the event, nothing like waiting until the last minute and they were able to accommodate us. We picked our menu from some chef suggestions and were ready to go. Appetizer, Dinner (each person was given two options that we picked), and dessert. The food was AMAZING!!! I would have the seared tuna appetizer everyday if I could. I had the fish and my husband had the steak which were so flavorful! We didn’t order high end steak (wasn’t filet), so I don’t know how he made it so YUMMY! Also, my husband’s favorite dessert is Creme brûlée which he has had at every restaurant that has it on the menu and this Creme brûlée was one of the best he has had (which is probably hundreds by now). We were seriously impressed. The chef was very professional and I would highly recommend the server, it made the experience really special. Also they cleaned up everything!!!! We are already planning on when to use them again! Well done Bella’s Mise En Place, you met and exceeded expectations and my husband says I am extremely picky so congrats to you! And if you don’t believe me, pictures don’t lie!

Bella's Mise En Place was the perfect addition to my sister's bachelorette weekend in Norwich, CT. Natalia was super sweet, quick to answer any questions and made the whole process of menu selection seamless. The chef and all staff arrived day of on time and were super professional. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS! Excellent portions and beautifully plated. The ingredients were of highest quality. To top it all off they cleaned the kitchen thoroughly as well as all of the tableware. It was the perfect way to end our fun filled day.
