Working with Long is easily the best experience I’ve had dealing with a plumbing issue as a homeowner. He was prompt, knowledgeable and communicated every step of the way. I had several pipes burst when I was away from the house resulting in a very complicated and expensive project. Long was able to break the project down into manageable steps and get it fixed in a timely manner. I knew exactly what to expect the entire time. I would highly recommend Long and will reach out to him any time I have a plumbing issue.
