As the administrative supervisor I find Jonathan to be a team player who cares about his co-workers and students. He is detailed oriented and seeks solutions to challenges in the classroom and in the program. Jonathan strives to improve his knowledge and methods of instruction to ensure the success of his students. He is caring, patient and very respectful of his students, always encouraging them and applauding their successes.

Jon Cardin and I co-taught Level 1 ESL for over a year (almost three terms). The students thoroughly enjoyed their lessons with Jon and personally credited him with helping them learn English that they could use in their lives. He has a very respectful and practical approach to teaching English, which is highly valued by students.
