- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing tends to fall in the middle of the road depending on the type of services. We are usually on the lower cost for bed bugs and our recurring plans are next to none for the amount of pests included and warranty given for the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to start off with an Inspect & Quote service which only includes setting up a day/time and getting your basic information. From there we identify pest problems, formulate a solution and offer a service plan. If you are ready to move forward with your quote then most times we have it started right there and then with no need to send another technician out. One call, one appointment and you can be all set up to get pest free and stay pest free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly. We are required to complete furthering education in order to maintain a pest control license.
