We can't say enough about working with P&M of Ct. They responded right away on a Friday and completed the job on Monday morning. They were very prompt, friendly and professional. They installed a microwave over subway tile which is difficult to find someone to do and they did a beautiful job.

Mike reached out to me on a quote request for installation of a microwave and dishwasher. I had a original installation dishwasher hence needed some work including changing the connection, reconnection to garbage disposal as well as a little sizing to fit in the new dishwasher. On the microwave once installed Mike noticed that the door of the new microwave was not closing and should not be used. He was very professional to extend his offer to reinstall once I have a replacement from the seller. While he was here he also helped me with a cabinet over the fridge to take it off ( this was never discussed earlier). Not only he was detailed oriented in his installation, he also cleaned up all the dust with a portable vaccum, leaving the kitchen spotless. Given the amount of patience he had to get the job done right. Reviewing to check everything was working right and the true professionalism, I 100% recommend his service for all kind of applianceinstallation. He had all the right tool and he is a true professional.
I had an issue with another thumbtack guy who never finished the job and didnt do it correctly. Mike came out on a Thursday night after hours to fix my issue. He fixed it in no time...it wasnt 100% cause the original guy used an old piece and we had to wait for the new part. Mike came back out when the part for delivered and didnt charge me again. Nice guy would definitely use again!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on our experience level. As with anything in life, you get what you pay for. I base my rates on actual time spent (labor) and skill level required to complete each job properly. We are not always the cheapest, but we have zero interest in being such. Our focus is on care, pride and the customer experience. We want you to hire us again and tell your friends, family and neighbors about our company…that is what we strive to attain.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss our processes very thoroughly. The customer should feel confident in their decision when they hire me. We try to go over every detail of the job to keep our potential customers informed about the entirety of their job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the construction and transportation industries for over 20 years after attending West Virginia University.
