Hello! We are the founders of HyBridgian Flavors LLC. We are a team of two bespoke ethnic chefs, focusing on bringing quality global cuisine directly to you! Through private chef bookings, private and corporate catering, meal prep and exciting cooking classes. Our fusion flavors are exhibited through all the great comfort foods we all know and love. We had an amazing experience with HyBridgian Flavors! Wanted to do something special for my wife's birthday and we hired them to do a private dinner at home! We have never done anything like this. Being at home, in our own space while having an amazing meal was something else. Breanna and Geannie were the perfect combination of professionalism, fun and energy. We had two little kids and they were so sweet to them. Then the meal came and the flavors were some of the best food my wife and I have ever had. Started with the classic crab cake and akiki shellfish egg roll. The egg roll itself is something WE would recommend to anyone, it may have been the best tasting part of the evening. Then the surf and turf and Tuscan Salmon kept those amazing flavors coming and ended the night with a chocolate mousse. We would highly recommend these two to anyone. Thank you for making my wife's birthday one she'll never forget.

We could not have asked for a better experience from a caterer. Starting with our first conversation Chef Meady was responsive, professional, and helpful. On the day of our outdoor wedding it was pouring rain at times but these ladies never stopped smiling, even as they trudged appetizers to tents through mid slick trails.
The food was amazing with compliments all around from our guests. Everything was served timely and at appropriate temperatures again despite the weather.
We appreciated the personal touches, they even took time to cheer me up when I was overwhelmed by the weather on my daughters special day🙂.
When they left my kitchen was spotless and everything was where it belonged.
I can’t say enough good things about Chef Meady and her talented crew. I would highly recommend them for your event and can’t wait to have them cater my other daughters wedding next year( please let there be sun!)
