Introduction: 95% of my competitors have small machines with 20 to 40 hp gas engines making them very slow compared to my 78 hp turbo diesel. In turn i can do more stumps in a day for less and make more. I have a beast of a machine. The biggest made. I am always regrinding stumps from my competitors because they can just barely get below the surface. I usually grind about 6 to 8 inches below the surface where most only go 1 to 2 inches. Very hard to get grass growing back on a stump. My grandpa always told me to do a job right if i was going to do it or not do it at all. I love being out meeting new people every day. I love that my work allows me to travel quiet a bit. I get to see a lot of places.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had no way out. I was born 3rd generation tree worker and logger. I was out in the woods when i could walk. My grandpa had me on a bulldozer with him when i was only 9 months old. I loved being out in the woods and running equipment all my life.
