Look carefully at image of rotted carrier beam in basement, it is in a very awkward spot, it takes professionals to replace a beam that is 99% hidden by a furnace but they accomplished the job. Look at the after pictures. Jeison was careful to make sure the poured concrete slab in the basement could support the weight of the new supports, he prepared the ground to ensure it could withstand the weight. This is the extra detail he noticed, and why I chose him for the repair. Attention to detail. I am very happy that I found this company. Jeyco Construction did an excellent job, they are very professional and work fast and carefully. Do not waste time reading reviews, take my advice and hire Jeyco, they will get the job done right. I will be hiring them for my other rental property projects also. A+ Job. Thank you!
