- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nope - not complicated at all. Labor + Materials (+ any funky thing that might be needed for an odd job) = Price of Job
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's not too difficult of a process. Once I send a quote for the requested job, I wait for the customer to get back to me. We could talk through Thumbtack, through texting via phone, or the customer can call me directly. I like to find out a little more in detail about the job needed and then we would schedule a time to meet. Sometimes it's easier if I see the job first and other times I could just show up and start working. My typical hours are Monday through Thursday around 10am to 4:30pm. On occasion I do work later and also on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Those days are special consideration only though. That's it!

Not officially. I am an avid fan of the internet.
