- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, the first step is to schedule a date and time. Before I arrive, I ask for a quick description of the space, including details such as the type of flooring, whether there is carpet, and anything important I should be aware of in advance. When I arrive, you’ll show me your apartment or house so we can walk through everything together. We’ll review areas like the refrigerator, oven, and bathroom, and you can explain what tasks you’d like me to focus on. I also ask that you let me know if there are any areas or items that I should not touch. This process ensures clear communication and helps me provide the best service while respecting your home.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
During COVID, I took some time to think about what I truly enjoy doing in life. I realized that cleaning is something I’m genuinely passionate about, and I take it very seriously. I invested in the proper supplies and started learning different techniques — from deep cleaning methods to using steam cleaners effectively. Now I’m bringing that experience to this platform, hoping to connect with new clients and continue doing the work I love.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my customers book me for basic 2-hour cleanings, but I also have experience with deep cleaning, as well as move-in and move-out cleanings. Those bigger projects are actually my favorite, and I take pride in making a space feel truly fresh and ready for the next chapter.
