Chef Josh was just incredible. The food was truly exquisite! They catered to our dietary needs (me being a vegetarian and my partner not having any restrictions) and each dish was just so delicious and really beautifully presented. I emphasized that my partner and I love spice and savory items, and Chef came through with exactly that! The wine pairings they suggested were also great! I was FLOORED by the vanilla crème brûlée- and I normally am not a dessert person. I’m going to dream about that dessert! Chef Josh and Ryan, thank you for making our special occasion so memorable and successful! My partner was surprised and I couldn’t have done it without your amazing service. I would absolutely recommend hiring AfterToday Chefs and would 100% work with them again. My first time having a private chef experience and it surpassed expectations!

We had such a wonderful experience hiring a personalchef for my parents’ 25th anniversary! Chef Josh made the entire process so easy. Communication was excellent, and he was incredibly helpful in creating the perfect menu for the occasion. He answered all of my questions quickly and made everything feel completely stress-free.
Chef Steve was absolutely incredible! He arrived right on time and prepared an amazing dinner for my parents. They absolutely loved the food and had such a special evening. Definitely on the pricier side for us but it was worth it for this milestone, and my parents did not want a party! Everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely hire again!

To say Chef Josh Delivered is an understatement. From initial inquiry to the end of the evening, everything was exceptional. - Chef Josh responded quickly and he and chef Ryan helped me create the perfect menu for my husband’s birthday. - He even provided wine pairing recommendations. - He showed up on time and went right to work. The efficiency was amazing. - The conversation throughout the night was top tier and really made the experience even better. - THE FOOD! THE FOOD! THE FOOD! smelled amazing, tasted even better, and was plated beautifully. He even brought extra goodies we weren’t expecting. Every course was fantastic. - He left our kitchen looking spotless and even ran the dishwasher.

We hired Chef Josh for my husband's 50th birthday celebration, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the initial planning and communication to the execution of the meal, everything was professional, organized, and seamless.

Great Food, excellent service, great to work with. Would 100% recommend AfterToday Chefs. Hired Chef josh for my wife's 40th birthday. Wanted to do a special dinner at the house with close friends, 6 people total. Chef Josh was great to work with. Started with an hour phone call to discuss the menu and our needs. We went with a customer 5 course meal with very high end ingredients. Night of the dinner, Chef Josh arrived 2 hours early to prepare for dinner. The meal was amazing. Started with caviar, then seared scallops, next was a spicy shrimp and pasta meal. Due to dietary reasons we had 2 main courses. Prime ribeye and braised short ribs, both of which were delicious. Great cuts of meat and cooked perfectly. Everything was so good. Dessert was a banana bread pudding with toasted caramel on top, possibly one of the best things we've ever had. Afterwards he cleaned up the kitchen and it was left spotless. Overall it was a great and memorable experience that we will certainly be doing again. The price was reasonable and well worth what we received. Would 100% recommend AfterToday Chefs and Chef Josh.

My price per person is the real cost of the entire event. I make it easy to budget and there are no added fees or surprises when it comes to working with me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when dealing with a new customer is to learn everything I can about dietary restrictions, health concerns and allergies that way me and and the customer are on the right page. I've been a Manager of restaurants for 8 years I know how to give great customer service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to the Culinary and Wine Institute at Carolina learning how to cook , serve, and teach cooking skills. I'm Serv-Safe trained and have 13 years of cooking experience in the real world.
