While many companies advertise installing new solar systems, I was concerned about finding a company that could safely remove and reinstall an existing one. Thankfully, my realtor recommended Noah at CT Green Estates.From the very beginning, Noah was responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions before, during, and after the project, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made scheduling easy. I especially appreciated that he coordinated with my roofing contractor so the solar panels were removed and reinstalled as quickly as possible, minimizing the amount of time the system was offline.The installation crew was efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful of my property. As a homeowner who was new to owning a solar system, Noah truly went above and beyond. He made the installation safer by ensuring the system was properly grounded, took the time to teach me how to use the Enphase app, and patiently walked me through the process of obtaining a new gateway for my system. They are excellent to deal with. Their price was reasonable and they showed up when they said they would. They removed and reinstalled the solar panels for my pool after the pool was closed and when I just opened the pool for the first time since this work was done, there were a few leaks and they showed up literally within an hour of me calling. It is very nice to see two young gentleman hold their work to such high standards. I would highly recommend.
