- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are free Consultations are priced at an hourly rate as that would be a more involved process. We have veteran discount and senior discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an onsite estimate date and time, view the job, and then send a contract either by email or regular mail. The customer's spot on the schedule is secured upon our receipt of a signed contract and downpayment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
