After receiving three appraisals for a roof replacement Squire Roofing, Andrew (Drew) Oehler, owner, got back to me within a few days. His appraisal was in the ballpark and I had (word of mouth) heard that his company was very reputable. I rent this house and worked with Tracy Tomaselli, owner, to select a roofer. We agreed on Drew. Once the deposit was made Drew came by to say that a dumpster would be delivered that morning. And that materials would also be delivered by noon that same day. Both were delivered that same morning. Drew also explained that his crew would be starting at 8:00 am Saturday and work two days to complete the job. He questioned if 8:00 am was too early. (it wasn't) At exactly 8:00 am the crew showed up. I went out to introduce myself to the foreman which I found was very polite, knowledgeable, and personable. I spoke to him during the day to ask if there were any problems (ex: plywood warped, any rotting etc), there was nothing but the replacement of the entire roof, no issues or concerns. The first day they finished one side and said they'd be back the next. Unfortunately, it rained on Sunday, but Monday at 8:00 am the crew was back and proceeded to complete the job, (the entire roof, the flashing to the chimney and a small roof over the kitchen addition.) During these two days Drew visited and spoke to the foreman and also stopped in the ask me if everything was okay? I had absolutely no concerns. At the finish of the job the crew cleaned up the entire yard like it had never happened!! Immaculate! I couldn't find a nail or any part of any of the tiles. Drew was very on top of his crew and my concerns (which there weren't any). I would give this contractor a 10 or A+ and highly recommend him to anyone. Sincerely, Linda L. It was a pleasure working with Drew. He was very professional throughout the process and did a fantastic job with the cleaning and repairs required on my roof. This repair was needed in order to close on the house and Drew went out of his way to get it done quickly on a weekend for me which was much appreciated and shows what a great guy he is. Give this man your business you will not be disappointed!

The roof was started and finished within 24 hours and it looks beautiful. The four workers did a wonderful job and work so hard. The cleaning could’ve been better as the deck was left dirty and pieces of shingles were scattered around the house.
