Needed some help fixing my hvac unit. My usually hvac company could not come out for a week. The PlumbTech crew was able to come out next day and got everything fixed in under 30 min.

Requested service and they came same day. Ron was helpful when breaking down cost and payment options, straightforward but kind. Olivia went above and beyond to fix our issues and very receptive to our concerns. Working efficiently even did us the curtesy of wearing shoe covers without being asked when noticing we typically are no shoe home. She even went above with taking them on and off as she needed materials from her vehicle ! Such kind and helpful company couldn’t have asked for a better team. Highly recommend you can truly tell they are here to provide good service not just price gouge in a time of need for individuals.

My a/c stopped pushing out air and was frozen over on the first day of the latest heat wave. I sent in a request to Plumbtech that night and received a message the next morning. Ron came out to look everything over and was able to diagnose the issue and resolve it in a matter of 2 hours. He did a thorough check of everything and was very open and honest about what everything would cost up front. Can't recommend them enough.

First hired Plumbtech to recharge my old AC unit a few years ago. While we were waiting, we got to talking about possible upgrades (the unit was nearing end of life and I was looking to change to a heat pump with an inverter to get off heating oil.) I said I would take a rain check for now but keep them in mind, and come next year when the AC was giving us problems again I decided to pull the trigger.The whole process, from quotes, to system design (somewhat complicated install due to centralair on the main floor and a separate wall unit upstairs), to pricing was clear, professional, and FAST. We went from first talk, to first payment, to system completion in less than 2 weeks, and it would have been faster if it hadn't been the height of their season (mid summer.)The new system worked perfectly for the first year, then a manufacturer defect (bad circuit board) took it out the following summer. Plumbtech showed up practically the next day to honor the warranty, and came back again the next day, and then AGAIN the next, working tirelessly to diagnose and repair the issue. I didn't pay a cent and the AC works like new again.Highly, highly recommend these guys; they are polite, skilled, and fair, and while I certainly hope I don't have to call them again for a while, I know they'll have my back if I do.

We use a Flat Rate pricing model. No hourly fees. If we have a bad day, we pay the bill.

We like to meet our new clients and get an understanding of the customers needs. This helps us as we aim to provide the best solution for the customer. We have a nearly unending inventory of supplies and solutions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a lot of experience in our Company. We aren't satisfied with stale knowledge. We schedule training courses as needed so we can stay sharp on the latest system types and new technology.
