- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a Flat Rate pricing model. No hourly fees. If we have a bad day, we pay the bill.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet our new clients and get an understanding of the customers needs. This helps us as we aim to provide the best solution for the customer. We have a nearly unending inventory of supplies and solutions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a lot of experience in our Company. We aren't satisfied with stale knowledge. We schedule training courses as needed so we can stay sharp on the latest system types and new technology.
