I needed my house deep cleaned before Sunday, I messaged her and she accommodated me into her schedule within hours. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing goes by the size of the house and the work that needs to be done, it also goes by the type of cleaning; standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move out cleaning, construction cleaning etc, pets or no pets. I give discounts when a client recommends me to a friend/family member and that person requires my services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Know all the details of the house that the client wants cleaned, set up the price and usually I do a visit to de house beforehand or the client can send pictures if they are comfortable so that I can prepare properly to the work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always worked with cleaning through the years but when I came to the U.S.A it was when I started to work with it more consistently and to expand my business.
