- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a veterans discount of -10%. Thank you for your service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We collect all of your information in order to provide you with a professional proposal delivered via DocuSign electronic signatures. Then our arborist will visit the trees and determine the best course of action. He will identify the trees in question and put together a proposal for your review. Most of the time we can visit without making an appointment or meeting with the client as we are very versed in this procedure. Just a phone conversation works most of the time. We can meet with customers during regular business hours if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is a requirement for all Connecticut arborist. Twice a year I attend continuing training with the Connecticut Tree Protective Association. CTPA. Hire an arborist.
