I am a landlord who wanted to clean my rugs in between tenants. I called a different firm first based on positive reviews but after sending them pictures of the rooms / carpeting (requested) and providing room dimensions after 3 days I wasn’t able to get an estimate OR book an appointment so I went back online looking for another company. It should be noted I have a guy I use for this but he recently retired. I came across Vix and Thumbtack (never used either before) and the reviews were also very good so I answered a few questions online and pretty quickly (less than 30 minutes) I got a quote online and was ready to go. As soon as I clicked “accept” I got a text from Simone and was grateful she said they could come at 3:00 this afternoon after losing 3 days with the first company. Simone & Alex arrived right on time and were very pleasant and professional. They have a lot of equipment and this apartment is on 3rd floor with no elevator so I helped carry their equipment up. Different than other companies I’ve used that just use a long plastic hose hooked to a van. I was a tad nervous their process would disappoint but…I was so very wrong! Alex started by vacuuming corners and under vents with shop vac (see pic) - very nice touch and start! After vacuuming they do a 2 step process that was amazing in results! Much better than my previous guy who cleaned same carpets 2 years ago. This 15 y.o. Berber rug looks new! They spent a full 2 hours + on just a 1 bedroom condo and I’ve never been happier! I will use Vix again (I have other properties ) and refer them to everyone! Great work, so pleasant and very fair price. I’d give 6 stars out of 5 if I could!

Very happy with the work they did . very thorough and hard working. For the amount of work and time spent to get things clean there is good value for your money . they did my pet room where my dogs spend the day when we are gone or at work . very difficut stains and alot of extra dirt from them going in an out . they also cleaned the furniture two big old chairs and a couch being a dog room again extra dirty . the furniture is now very usable and saved me from buying all new . the cost of cleaning was 1/4 the cost of furniture and they did a large wall to wall carpet aswell.communication before the job and up to it was also very good . i will definitely hire them again . Highly recommend them .

We needed our finished basement carpet cleaned, we have a walk out to the backyard so the carpet just gets terrible from our dogs. And we also had a lot of dog mistakes from a rescue dog that needed to be cleaned up. Did a great job. They were here right on time and the carpet looks fantastic. Thank you so much!

The day before we moved into our new home we realized how disgusting the carpets were after the sellers moved out. We needed our carpets deep cleaned and sanitized last minute and they showed up the same day to help us!! They did a great job and the carpets were clean and smelled so good!
