I really lucked out finding this wife/husband team to clean my parents downstairs carpets right before the holidays. They were very professional, punctual and thorough. Their prices are very competitive with other area carpetcleaners--and worth every penny! When I initially contacted them, they got back in touch within 5 minutes. I was able to book everything online (I'm not much of a phone person) and it was quite easy. I booked them for a week later. It took about 4 hours for them to thoroughly clean four large rooms and the stairs. They sent me pictures of all the rooms before they left to ensure I was happy. I never met them, but my parents thought they were easy to communicate with (my 90 yo father showed them the trouble areas before they started) and quite professional! I will recommend them to any and all family members and friends! I was expecting a tedious process...but actually between the ease in booking and their attentiveness to detail and excellent work ethic, the experience was actually quite pleasant. We'll definitely be calling them to finish the upstairs after the holidays!

Vix was one of the best cleaning company engagements I’ve ever had, in my 50 years. They were punctual, didn’t require anything except water and then attended to cleaning a chair I’d adopted. The color and pattern of the chair were returned to a brilliance I couldn’t have done myself nor considered possible. I absolutely recommend them for your cleaning needs.
