Introduction: ***PLEASE SEE BOTTOM OF THE DESCRIPTION FOR PRICING DETAILS!*** My #1 priority is a positive customer experience. This doesn't just mean "Doing the job". That's a given! It's about the full experience. Aside from completing the task at hand, here are some other aspects of the experience that I make sure to focus on: TIMING Your time is precious. I make sure to get the task completed swiftly, efficiently, and precisely. Your task is my priority. Whether the job is 5 minutes or 5 hours, you can be certain that I will be utilizing every minute of my dedicated time to be focused on completing your task. That means no breaks, and no dilly dallying! Another important aspect of timing is your schedule. Once we have a schedule set, rest assured I will be there! it is extremely rare that I am ever running even a few minutes late (unless there is some sort of emergency). And I am proud to say that to-date I have NEVER needed to cancel on a client. NOT EVEN ONCE! My schedule is generally flexible and I always work with you to make sure that timing works out for everyone. I also always give myself ample time set aside for you and your tasks. So if the job takes longer than expected, I'll be there to get it done! And if you need me to help out with a few extra unplanned things afterward.... not a problem! COMMUNICATION Communication is key. Whether it be scheduling, a question about the task, a recommendation, or anything at all, I always make sure you are kept in the loop. This also goes for before and after a task. You are free to reach out to me anytime at all, whether it be early morning or late late night. I am usually able to answer right away! You are free to reach out about anything and everything, even if it's unrelated to the task. Whatever you need, I'm happy to help in any way I can! Also, there are generally no extra charges besides the hourly fee, but in rare occasions where an extra fee may be required, you will always be informed upfront. I unconditionally recommend Joe. He reached out to me immediately He showed up on time. His work was impeccable. I needed someone to hang three pictures in my living room. We had Joe assemble two Ikea bookcases with doors and I’m so glad we did! It took him probably half the time it would have taken us, even with him being unfamiliar with this specific style, and he even secured them to the wall. Definitely would hire him again!

Joe was fantastic. He assembled a desk, file cabinet, and monitor stand for me in about 1/5 of the time it would have taken me, and to a much higher standard than I would have been able to pull off! He also helped me by taking a bunch of big boxes to the recycling bin and he also took a couple of chairs and several plastic bins off my hands. I am looking forward to hiring him again for his efficiency, communication skills, friendliness, and work quality. By far the best professional I have found on Thumbtack!
